Just curious really...

The only problem I have had so far is the vDSL modem failing.
I went 4 months before mine first dropped... still not sure why it happened.

How did you determine it was the vDSL Modem and not something else?
JM
It probably burned a hole through the desk.
Okay, sort of joking. Busted network equipment can get very very hot.

I rebooted only the modem, everything worked fine for 5 minutes then failed again with a flashing dsl LED. Support are now advising users to connect a PC/laptop direct to the modem, then try making a connection. http://www.idnetters.co.uk/forums/index.php/topic,25638.msg610427.html#msg610427.
Right.. so you fried it? that's no good....
Mine is still nice and cool it seems.... :P Let's hope I am not heading the same way..
