Title: That's not good

I've just looked at my BQM at home (I'm away at the moment)

No good at all,you had a few drops and reconnections and now it's given up the ghost completely

I just spoke with Brian, the tools that they use from BT are down at the moment, he's going to give me a call once he can test the line.

BT chap has been arranged to look at the problem, FTTC was only fitted on 11th  :(
