Title: Downgrading package
Post by: fetler on Apr 24, 2011, 18:58:28
Hi all,

Quick question... I've recently moved out from living with parents and I'm no longer with IDNet, but my family still is. When I was there I had the Home SuperPro package, but now they only need the Home Plus package. I don't know if I'm being an idiot, but I cannot find anything on the site about downgrading the package. Is there a fee charged to do this?

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Matt

Matt, I believe IDNet charge to downgrade, but someone will be able to confirm for you, soon.

I think there would be a charge for this change as it is a change of BT package (from having exchange priority to not). I recall its something like £10.
