HELP my signature on this forum and next door have gone missing, at least they will not display, Is this something at this end or on the forum end?
Mr Music Man is visible to me, or was it something else?
They're showing here, Den. Try refreshing your cache, Ctrl+f5.
Ctrl plus f5 does not seem to do anything am I missing something. I can view other peoples signature. :dunno:
I've cleared my cache and re-loaded this page, Den, and your sig is fine. I suspect local corruption, so try clearing your cache and re-loading the page, see if that helps.
Check your profile to make sure the signatures are not turned off.
I did, they're not. ;)
I checked mine, there were and are again now.
Now, did I check after you, or did Den try switching, bearing in mind he said he could see others' signatures?
I only checked my own. I unticked it to see Den's sig.
I checked Den's. :)
I have tried rebooting, I have viewed using IE9 and Firefox :puke: and pressed Ctrl + f5 and still nothing. :bawl: just tried Chrome and still the same.
Got another PC?
Just booting up my laptop now.
Den the gif's you user from will have problems, http://bestsmileys.com the domain is now parked.

It's still working for me, Glenn.
Thanks Glenn, answers why it does not work on lap top :slap: but why can other people view them?
Any recomendations where to download more from?
This is what I see
I've just reloaded the tab on FF and his signature smileys have now disappeared for me as well.
Easiest thing is to host them in your IDNet space, Den. I'll email you the files.
This is what I see, Glenn, using Norton DNS.
I'm using Norton DNS too. :dunno:
I'm on Opendns, Rik, and I'm seeing the same as Glenn.
This is weird. Let me just pop off and have a cleanup.
And still I can see the smileys and the site. :dunno:
How about flushing the DNS?
No, still works for me, and in IE8.

I just flushed mine, now I see the same as you.
:dunno: Weird, isn't it. That's obviously the next thing for Den to try.
That doesn't make any difference for me, Rik, still seeing the holding page.
Curiouser and curiouser. :shake: Can you trace OK, Ray?
Did you do it via the dos prompt? ipconfig /flushdns
From the dos prompt, Glenn.
Rik, this is my traceroute.

I've just tried it on my phone using the 3G network and it comes up with the same page.
Could you try with Norton, Ray?
I'm seeing the GoDaddy holding page as Glenn is, cant do a tracert from here as the network firewall blocks them (am at work)
This is plain weird... :dunno:

Changed to Norton I'm still seeing the parking page, Rik.
I honestly have no ideas left. How about if you Google Best smileys?
looks like the DNS records on individual DNS hosts are expiring which is why you are all seeing different things because the registrar has directed all requests back to its page to prompt the owner to pay up.
I get the same, Rik. :dunno:
I expect OpenDNS and Norton will start seeing the holding page soon too.
I was seeing the holding page until I flushed my DNS

I'm sure that's the reason for it. I recently migrated a website to a faster server (same provider) and the DNS propagation was somewhat slow. The resulting strangeness tied my brain in knots for a couple of days until it dawned on me I was working on two sites, both containing the same content :stars:
Just tested from home (using Zen's DNS) and am getting the GoDaddy holding page.
Still seeing the domain renewal page here this morning. "NOTICE: This domain name expired on 04/08/2011 and is pending renewal or deletion"
Same here.
