As this is possibly a quirk in my router (Vigor 2820Vn), perhaps this isn't the right place for this post, but it can be moved if required...

Currently:
System uptime - 1463 hours
connection (PPP) uptime - 439 hours
ATM Stats:
RX Cells - 218335033
RX CRC Errors 2061

Yesterday it was:
System uptime - 1439 hours
connection (PPP) uptime - 415 hours
ATM Stats:
RX Cells - 217703519
RX CRC Errors 65250

As expected, the RX Cells increase with connection time. However, the RX CRC Errors decreased.
This surprised me as I assumed that both were cumulative stats and both would increase with time.
Was my assumption wrong or is it some quirk of my router?
