Now you probably know this, but if you are like me and you never look at your Dell recovery CDs, and in particular the driver CDs, you might be as surprised as I was to discover Dell seems to be bundling Linux as well as Windows drivers. Very handy when a dual boot is called for!

Fits with a company that expect you to take the side off a brand new £2.5k desktop and refit the cables because they didn't put them on correctly at the factory.
I know what I would have replied.
I said I was not prepared to, I do tech support for a living and don't expect a so called top of the range machine to require me to unpack it and then open the side.
Would be like buying a new car and being asked to check the oil before you drive it off the forecourt.
It's wise to do that with some dealers, Mitch. ;)
