Title: BT2700HGV configuration problem

I have a problem!
Today I have updated firmware on Qwest QT04-6.1.5.48.2
Now I have such problem:
I cannot choose VPI and VCI
VPI-0 Normally
VCI-33 It is impossible to choose - an error. And now I cannot use  the modem.
Please help me.

Router hasn't been able to connect and pick up a time signal yet?

I can  choose any VCI, but no 33......
