just had about 30mins of no connection. Anyone else have the same?
No problems here.
None here either, what's your router log showing?
cant find logs.
But for 30 mins i couldn't connect to the internet.
Possibly a stale PPP session?
No probs. here, try putting a shilling in your meter.. ;D
No problems here, either. Have you turned your computer on? ;D >:D
I cannot access my account and cant get to my email for 2 days now, I've been on other forums and other people are having the same problem.
I'm connecting ok, but I can't access my account details, nor check on my broadband usage. This is since last night.

voyager 210
Try typing 192.168.0.1 in your browser, this should open the router interface, then look for advanced, tools or status and you should see the logs on one of these pages.

Deny, have you tried to contact customer support? 2days back there were people in the office.
Which forum have you seen these posts in and what area do you live in ?
Simon (Idnet) looks in here most days, the more detail we can give them the quicker you will get help.

I've just answered this here (http://www.idnetters.co.uk/forums/index.php/topic,2431.msg37194.html#msg37194). :)
I looked in my router config ages ago. Couldn't find logs anywhere, went through every option.
I can't find an online manual. Have you checked the status tab, does that give any information?
If no-one here has a 210, I suggest you pop over to ThinkBroadband and ask there (DSL Hardware), someone is bound to know.
