Is anyone using an Apple TV Generation 1 box to run it? If so how do you find it?

I run it but rarely use it, so can't really comment . I did notice FireCore have released an Air Play version for the ATV 1 , I must update my box , Our main use is for iTunes film rentals.

It's not what you've missed, it's the Misco spec listing ,Video output supported should read audio output supported.
