Title: Spam SMS

Does anyone know if there's anyone you can complain to about spam SMS messages? Sue keeps getting them, and the phone is registered with TPS.

They probably come from abroad, in which case, I don't think there's much she can do, except perhaps talk to the operator?

If it's a genuine reputable company that she may have signed up for without realising, sometimes replying with the word 'STOP' works.

I did. They've "done something technical" to hopefully stop it. We shall see.

He probably has a phone for each country in the world as even he is sensitive to excessive roaming charges.

But as he's an old man he probably no longer has the dexterity to change a SIM although saying that he probably has a Cardinal do it for him.
