Title: IDnet Mail - xml files
Post by: Ardua on Dec 18, 2010, 18:50:45
I have been trying to e-mail an ICC printer profile in 'xml' format to a company in the States for review. Each time I press send, I get the following response:

host mail.dcs-support.net[88.198.47.196] said: 550
Error: Your email program uses "=20" instead of spaces. Please correct this
(try setting your mail program to use plain text) and resend your message.
(in reply to end of DATA command)

I have tried the above 'fix' and the message still gets bounced back. I am using Apple Mail and Mac OS X 10.6.5.

Any thoughts/help appreciated.

Have you tried zipping the file?
