Hi folks, new IDNet user here, and so far having a good first-time experience on broadband.
Can anyone tell me how often the usage statistics are updated. Seems to be pretty fast, but just wondering are they set at particular intervals.

To be honest, I have no idea how often they update, but it must be in something close to real time, as I've noticed my usage for today increasing when I've checked. I believe you can force an update at any time by logging out and back in, however if you are getting near your bandwidth allowance, you will receive plenty of warning by email.
I think I recall remembering someone saying that the useage stats was updated hourly, but don't quote me on that, it was a long time ago. I will try and find the post.
