READ THIS>>>>>>>> WARNING (http://securitywatch.eweek.com/apple/quicktime_bug_affects_all_javaenabled_browsers.html)
A bug in ALL browsers on machines using QUICK TIME has been presented by a hacker.
Remove Quick Time/I Tunes or disable Java until solution is found.
Thanks for that, Dorset - we can never relax, can we? :(
Thanks for the warning! :)
One thing to keep in mind is that only Apple and Windows machines are affected. Linux lacks QuickTime and is therefore immune to the problem.

Yes Adam, but the majority of Idnetters use Windows and the post states "
Machines using QuickTime ;)
You'd be surprised at the amount of Linux users, actually. But fair point.
Maybe the Linux users could be encouraged to make themselves known?
Posts and information regarding Linux get almost zero response or interest here,I have only ever seen one other user with a Linux system using this forum and that is a great shame.
PCLinuxOS final release is just around the corner,I can't wait to get it loaded ;D ;D
That's partly why I started the thread to find out what OS members are using, Dorset.
Apple have just released a update to fix the problem.
