Why vote at all if it's going to take the two years they were already quoting for most of us? Annoying much?
I wonder about the whole exercise, is it just a way to get names and addresses to hit with offers? Does the voting have anything at all to do with who gets what and when?
It was the same with ADSL when they started rolling it out
