Am I being thick?
I cannot find where to enter payment details on customer portal,I sign in here https://www.idnet.net/secure/
username and password as supplied
All I can see is this

Up at the top, Payment options, then select change payment options.
I would but I dont see payment options
Very top = Your Account and Partner login
below = Home About Solutions Help and support and contact
Sorry, your screen shot is to small to read (I can't see a zoom option). Are you a partner, rather than a retail customer?

Odd, you'd better give support a call, we're not going to solve this one from here. To save you using an external source for pics, btw, you can post them directly here by using the additional options button in the posting window. (But not in quick reply) :)

sorted, called support, set up DD manually can now login and see account options ;D
