Title: Anyone know if there's been LINX/Lonap trouble recently?
Post by: pctech on Nov 09, 2010, 17:15:05
I know its a bit of a long shot and likely to be peering session specific but here goes.

I'm trying to get to the bottom of a problem for a customer who cannot connect to an audio conferencing system we host at night but ok during they day.

They are using the ADSL offering of that operator with a passion for the colour blue and bubbles so def not IDNET.

I'm waiting to hear back from our networks team to see if there's been anything strange but just wondered if anyone here knew of any LINX/Lonap issues have occurred in the evenings over the past few nights.

Not had any reports, Mitch, and where I'd normally give support a ring for you, knowing that they are three bodies short today, I'm reluctant to tie them up on such an issue. :(

Oh no I would not expect that anyway Rik.

Its just my inquisitive nature so just thought I'd ask.

Chances are its the ISP anyway or they are on the access product so nothing I can do anyway.

Should've gone to a smaller ISP.
