Title: drops again...

...today about 11.30 am   just for about 2 mins but have lost 3000k on my profile and its struggling for speed now.


any one else.

For your sync to drop it must have been a local disconnection and therefore others would not be affected.

Best thing to do is check if your noise margin is high and if so, reboot the router.

It sounds like your target noise margin has been raised then, Baz.

In that case reboot the router. What should happen (assuming the noise margin hasn't been set to 15 by BT) is your router will attempt a sync at 6db. By doing this, your sync will rise as will, in time, your profile.

It is is still 15db after the reboot, you'll have to leave it 15 days or so.
