Title: Outage query (FTTC related)

Anyone know the reason why my line remains OK?

Right now there is a major BT outage which has taken out N. Ireland customers.

However, I am on FTTC and remain unaffected. Why?

Does my line now have a different journey?

The current outage is said to affect 20CN networks not 21CN which includes FTTC and adsl2+
