Increasingly in recent days following our outages, I am getting the BT Wholesale Service Information Screen saying I cannot be connected. I the use dial up only to find there is no apparent problem with broadband or any of the sites I was trying to access.
Any thoughts as to why this might be? I attach the screen dump for the benefit of those who have had the benefit of seeing it!
You'd better talk to support, Joe, you shouldn't be seeing that. (You're not in Scotland are you?). Call now, they're there for another half hour.
Have you tried flushing the DNS? ipconfig /flushdns if using a windows machine
