Title: BT Blues
Post by: macshac on Apr 19, 2007, 13:56:52
 >:(How about this for a beaut.
I have just received a bill from BT for phone charges and they have billed me for the last month I have been with Idnet and billed for the next 3 months for broadband.
I rang them to say I migrated to Idnet on the 14th March and they say I did not that the exchange is still flagged as BT Retail even though they gave me the MAC code.
They then went off to investigate ,to then tell me that the problem was a stalled order but they could not advise me of the problem as it was with BT Wholesale.
I then proceeded to blast them that BT was causing me the problem to be told we are a different division but I said no the same company.
Then they had the nerve to say I have to get Idnet to sort it out even though they claim I am with them!!!!!!!
I have asked Idnet to sort it out and I am refusing to pay the BT bill as it would mean I am paying twice for the broadband service.
What a mess
