If you're thinking what I'm thinking I'd say its not surprising that some of them turn out to be complete dime bars.
If they're using Hays, they're desperate.
But, based on experience, temps don't really give a **** about doing a decent job.
I've had to clear up the mess left by one that we had in at work.
Temps should fit right in at BT then. ;)
To be fair the lady, by her own admission wasn't an IT specialist and only ended up there because senior management went to an office admin/customer service type agency to do it on the cheap.
Looking at the rate they're offering they omitted to include a good sense of humour in the "Key tasks & responsibilities"

Love how they say that IT skills would be a good starting point
Interviewer: Do you know how to use Microsoft Word?
Not very bright secretary: yes.
interviewer (picking up piece of fibre with light shining through): Do you know what this is?
secretary: Something you put on your christmas tree
(Interviewer sighs as he's heard that response 54 times today): Oh well, you can use Word at least so you've got the job.

Armadillo will be after you. ;D
;D
I don't eat Armadillo yet but if they cut my salary really severely I may have to consider it and 'smooth on the inside, crunchy on the outside' works for roast spuds so it should work for an armadillo.
;D
;D
But not for granite...
