Title: New phone number for IDNet

Effective immediately, the preferred contact number for IDNet is: 0800 331 7000.

The old number will continue to work for a while, but it's time to re-program your phones. :)

Except, 0800 numbers aren't free from mobiles.

Indeed. The geographical number hasn't changed and can be found in the FAQs.
