Tried a few free ones and nothing I'm after comes up!
Did you try the freebie program Recuva (http://www.piriform.com/recuva)?
I've managed to suck deleted files from formatted drives with this nifty little freeware program.

Edit: forget this one it doesn't appear to work on Vista or Win 7
