Both our BT Host Link connections went offline at 19:20 this evening. BT are investigating.

2010-10-10 22:18: BT now have engineers onsite in the Exchange diagnosing the problem.
Service as now been restored. We have demanded a full explanation from BT as to what went wrong and why it took them so long to fix it.
