Title: file size
Post by: Baz on Oct 02, 2010, 17:18:59
on the subject of file size, downloading stuff, how do you know the size of things you download, mainly streaming music or clips say on you tube.

I ask as I was very close to my limit this month and wondered if theres a way to tell how much you are downloading.

How much data is there in 1GB.I was up to 1GB on the first day of the new month and havent really done much online.

Makes me suspicious  :eyebrow:

Simplest thing is to install something like Netmeter, or one of several similar apps, Baz. Streaming music and video will eat bandwidth.
