Title: Peak and Off Peak bandwidth
Post by: Chops on Apr 16, 2007, 09:29:31
I migrated to idnet last week on the home lite package which includes 5GB download each month. I've just been looking at my bandwidth usage and it mentions Peak and Off peak times. I was under the impression that my 5GB will be debited regardless of what time of day I download, is this true or does downloading during off peak times not count towards my 5GB allowance?

TIA.

The only time peak and off peak comes into play is if you are on the home supermax package. As you are on home lite, you are correct in thinking that you will be debited whatever the time of day.

Thanks for letting me know, I thought that was the case but couldn't confirm it anywhere.
