It's good that it's being raised, though, Lance. People need to start talking about where the investment is coming from. Clearly, using what is essentially a 19th C technology to deliver broadband is never going to get the best out of it, but for the return on phone lines, BT are never going make a major investment unless they are given the money to do it. Cable companies will always cherry pick, so the digital divide can only get bigger, imo.

What did interest me was the vote on whether people were satisfied with their connection speeds. It was a 43% yes against a 57% no when I looked. That suggests to me that the so-called 'killer app' that is needed for BB to really take off in this country does not yet exist.
