Title: How do I "upgrade" to Home Fibre Pro?
Post by: woooshuk on Sep 24, 2010, 21:13:26

My exchange is now enabled for fibre fttc and this is reflected on the IDNET site.

However, I cannot find a way to 'upgrade' or change my Home SuperMax to fibre.

Any ideas?  The only option I see is to place an order as a new customer with a MAC code.

Thanks!

I think you can do it via the customer portal otherwise you'll need to ring Technical Support.

That's what I did, but it didn't ask for a MAC (or if it did, I ignored it :P)

In the box where it asked where you'd heard about IDNet I just put "Already a customer". All went through smoothly :thumb:

Bill,

Thanks for that.  I will order now.
