How do I change my email password?
Go to http://www.idnet.net then click "Customer login" in the top right corner. Log in with your DSL/customer username and password, then on the left, under E-Mail, pick Existing Addresses. In the list that appears, find the email address you want to change and press "Settings" link that is next to it. You can update the password there.

You just beat me to it. Glenn. ;D
Hey, you expect me to move the post, re-index the FAQs and get the name right while talking to Simon? ;D
Yes. ;D

I was busy fixing 3 laptops and a desktop pc at the time John. ;)

Another question regarding email, this time webmail: I wonder if there is a way to stay logged in?
I use Firefox and once logged in I can navigate away from the page and back again no problem but if I close the browser I need to log in again, and unlike most sites with passwords Firefox doesn't give me the option of saving the password. Is this normal or am I missing something?
Not sure if you can, as it's a secure log in. I've just tried allowing the cookie to be saved in Firefox, and it still makes me log in next time.
Simon's right, it's a secure site, so like banks, it won't log you in automatically.
