Been trying to login over the last 1-2 hours to check my monthly usage but I'm either getting "The file you requested could not be found on this server", a long page of script, a single JPEG image or an error message.

Getting the same problem when I try to use the Contact Form.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@idnet.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 400 Bad Request error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
