Title: Eek!
Post by: drummer on Aug 26, 2010, 02:41:05
Posting this from my netbook using a local unsecured Belkin wireless router.  Sorry Belkin owner.

My Netgear DG834G v4 has been showing a red Internet light for a few hours now - rebooted the router and gained an extra 500kbps sync but the red light is still mocking me because I still have no connection.

Local issue, router problem or summat else?

I'm clueless...

I have no issues in North London. If you went down sometime after midnight my best guess is that BT are working at your exchange.

That would be my best guess too, Zap. If it's not back up in the morning, call support.

According to the router, connection came back at 04:53.  Phew!
