if any one uses this are you having problems with it,slow and now it wont load or login :dunno:
Wont login for me
Working here, but it took two tries. The first just bounced me back to the login page again.
Absolutely fine here.
IDNet are checking, there is a high number of people logged in right now. Any stale sessions will be cleared and things should be back to normal in 10 minutes or so

One less, I like to help :P
I only ever use webmail to clear the spam folder, so no worries.
still slow here.gets half way through loading then hangs for a bit, sometimes I stop and try again which speeds it up,other times just a long wait and it opens :dunno:
I just tried 2 of my accounts, they both opened and I was able to read the emails just fine.
I wonder Baz if it's due to the quality of you broadband connection i.e it's stuttering along.
everything else loads ok and my connection is not that bad to slow stuff down that much I think.
Just tried, Baz, instant access...
Might be worth running some pings to see if you've got some variation in the times
dont know then will keep check on it
Talk to support, they may be able to see what's happening.

it seems like this might be a firefox thing as webmail opens as normal in IE.
In FF it will get to half way then hang, then open about 15-20 seconds later.stopping the loading and trying again or refresh gets it to work straight away :dunno:
I'm using FF with no problems, Baz.
Me too, it loads within a couple of seconds.
Hmmm must be my side then :dunno:
Clear your cookies and temp internet files, then try again.
wheres the option to clear temp files in FF

Tools > Clear recent history, Baz.
ah right. I already have that set to clear on FF closing so I presumed there were more files some where to be cleared too.So is Temp internet files the same as browsing history.
To a great extent, Baz, but you can try clearing your cache with Ctrl+f5. I do a wash which disposes of all vestigial files at the end of the day, but that's a commercial app.
ok thanks Rik and Glenn.
will keep a check on it :)
