Odd I get this ray mail.idnet.net.uk:9001 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Any chance you can call them, Gary?  I thought they said that the certificates had been renewed last week.

The security certificate looks OK issued on 17/06/2010, expires 18/06/2011

I'd suggest a caching issue, but I expect you clear yours, Gary.  Any FF add-ons which might be affecting it?  :dunno:

Can you renew the certificate storage in FF?  Or perhaps delete the IDNet certificate and allow a new one?

IDNet can reproduce this, I have to add the certificate myself or use the http address, no idea why it works for ray though when it does not for them  :dunno: the mysteries of the internet  ;D

Something to do with the way FireFox handles certificates, Gary?  Are there different configurations?

Well I am using FF for OSX not Windows, maybe that is it, but I could not say that's why, Miriam just went off and had a chat, maybe they checked using OSX  :dunno:10.6.4

that seems likely to be the reason then, Gary, I'm using Windows version and I've never had to add any certificates manually.
