Idnets domain webmail is acting up again, can someone with FF see if they get a warning about untrusted connection on this url again, this happened last week as well oddly

No problem here, Gary.
Just tried it from my phone (Opera Mobile), and it says "Browser not supported". :dunno:

Odd I get this ray mail.idnet.net.uk:9001 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
Any chance you can call them, Gary? I thought they said that the certificates had been renewed last week.

Strange, Gary, just tried it again still fine, I'm using FF 3.6.6, is this the same version as you're using?

The security certificate looks OK issued on 17/06/2010, expires 18/06/2011

I'd suggest a caching issue, but I expect you clear yours, Gary. Any FF add-ons which might be affecting it? :dunno:
Can you renew the certificate storage in FF? Or perhaps delete the IDNet certificate and allow a new one?
They seem likely causes, Simon, can you try a different browser, Gary?

Yes its all been cleared I have adblock plus but its disabled for that site :dunno: I'll have a play
See my other post, also.
IDNet can reproduce this, I have to add the certificate myself or use the http address, no idea why it works for ray though when it does not for them :dunno: the mysteries of the internet ;D

Never had to do that Simon, I can make an exception is that the same?
Something to do with the way FireFox handles certificates, Gary? Are there different configurations?
My last post referred to your last post, Gary. Without having access to FF, I don't know, sorry.

Well I am using FF for OSX not Windows, maybe that is it, but I could not say that's why, Miriam just went off and had a chat, maybe they checked using OSX :dunno:10.6.4
See? Bloody Apple again! :out:

that seems likely to be the reason then, Gary, I'm using Windows version and I've never had to add any certificates manually.
