As you may be aware, BT are currently investigating common faults in the Scotland/Northern Ireland area. We are pushing BT for updates and urgent resolution of this matter but it would help us greatly if we can provide BT with further examples of customers being affected by this issue.
If you are in Scotland/Northern Ireland on 21CN (ADSL2+/FTTC services) and are experiencing slow throughput, intermittent connectivity and/or packet loss please can you send an email to support@idnet.com with the subject "Scotland/Northern Ireland Issue" and detailing the telephone number your service is on.
Any updates will be posted on the Network Status page as soon as we have them.
