Is anyone having wrong information given on there My O2 account?
When I logged in yesterday it said I have 533mins left.
Today it says I've only got 20 mins left and 1 text message left even though the package I'm on gives you unlimited texts :eyebrow:
Even sending a text to 21202 gives me the same (see attached pics)
I phoned O2 support and he told me that I've only used 11mins this month. But I know I've used more than that and the 533mins given yesterday sounds about right.

I hardy ever check mine, unless the bill is unusually large.
