Title: Thanks IDNet - ADSL2+ Upgrade was seamless
Post by: dlorde on May 09, 2010, 01:40:44
My exchange was recently upgraded so I requested an IDNet upgrade from the Home Lite 8 Mbps to the Home Plus ADSL2+ package at the same price. Within a couple of days I got emails confirming the request and order, and a week later, my download speed has gone from 5 Mbps tops to 9.5 Mbps - without me having to even restart the router... amazing :-)

A big thank you to all at IDNet who made it happen!

Why can't Idnet run BT, then I would have had my exchange (Frinton on Sea) upgraded to adsl2+ :bawl:

Because then they might behave like BT, a lumbering old dinosaur.
