Apple are suing HTC. I'm sure HTC will sue Nokia, so all parties are not out of pocket, apart from the huge legal fees.

The whole thing was ridiculous, and only served to line the lawyers' pockets. It's as stupid as one car manufacturer suing another for putting a CD player in.
