Title: Customer Login Down?

Anyone having problems aceesing "Customer Login"?

I tried last night and this morning but don't appear to be able to get in to check usage stats

Ok can get in now, but no usage stats, in fact no options provide any details for me. If this is being worked on then I'll just be patient?

It is. Just checked mine though, and it's working fine, so it might be worth you calling support.

Thanks for replies. Seems this is something on my laptop (tried another PC and it works OK). Have restarted explorer but no joy. Will re-boot over lunch time. Cookies?

Thanks for replies, cleared temp internet files and all OK!

Need to keep a close eye on the younger members of the family with regard to bandwidth usage!
