Title: How reliable is the usage report?
Post by: jrwyatt on Mar 26, 2010, 21:37:43
Yesterday I surfed for a few hours, watched a few youtube vids etc.
But my usage report states;
Period: 25 March 2010 - PEAK
Download: 0.0GB (0MB)
Upload: 0.0GB (0MB)

I should not complain I guess, but maybe other times it says I've used more than I really have?!  :dunno:

The BT radius servers are not transferring the usage data hopefully fixed by tomorrow.

I get the usage feed every day and the figures for yesterday match exactly my desktop BW monitors.

What Steve said, BT's radius servers failed to transfer data for March 25. We're waiting to find out if everyone's getting a free day or the system will catch up.
