Hi all ,I am trying to buy the light user package and have got as far as filling in the form on the web as far as putting in phone number,it checks my number ,then tells me it cannot be found on the database and will not go any further >:(,why is this?....Alan
Have you tried your telephone number without spaces? Sometimes this helps. It should be in the form ###########. Double check that you have input your correct number though, I have often entered mine with numbers twisted or added. :)
Ive had this problem before. Just email/ring CS and tell them!
