I'm currently trying out Comodo Time Machine (http://www.comodo.com/home/data-storage-encryption/data-recovery.php) on one of PCs. It seems like it could be a useful piece of software for creating restore points and for disaster recovery, you can set it up to create scheduled restore points, seems to be far more powerful than the recovery system built into Windows and it's free.
Thanks, Ray. For a second, I thought it read Commode Time Machine, which had me a bit worried. ;D
;D
The mind boggles, Rik, ::) ;D
Not just the mind...
;D
Don't bother to install this if you need use Sleep or Hibernate modes on your PC, it seems to disable or stop both from working.
I've therefore had to uninstall it as I need to use Hibernate mode to alllow my Home Server to wake the machine at 6:00am to back it up and then put it back into Hibernate when the backup is complete. :(
Thanks, Ray.
Just had a look on the Comodo Forums, seems it's a known and reported bug, Rik. :)
Possibly not a bug, but a takeover, Ray?
