My IDNet account became active recently and it's working really well. However, I can't set up a photo gallery. After filling in the sign up section I get an error:
"Query failed : SELECT command denied to user 'mail'@'galleryblog.idnet.com' for table 'tbl_email_addresses':select customerid from ibs.tbl_email_addresses where address='xxxxxx@idnet.com'
I've tried wit IE, Firefox and Opera. Same result. Any ideas please?

It looks like an error with the server software to me, give support a call, they will sort it for you.

OK. I've found the problem - and it was my fault :red:
The user name and password the photo gallery is looking for is the broadband account info and not a unique user/password combo.
Having entered the right info, voila! Apologies for my early morning stupidity - and thanks for the welcome to this forum.
