This morning I was sent an email from The Jury Team which contained a link to a website for Paul Judge, leader of the party: http://www.paulrjudge.com/
What was he thinking :eyebrow:
I'm taking a wild guess here.....but I reckon that website wasn't done professionally for him but he managed to find an application called 'MyFirstWebsite' which 'enables you to create a professional looking website in minutes, no skill needed, no boring HTML, no expensive designers fees' and this is what it came up with. :)
Or am I missing something else and completely on the wrong track?
Oh dear, no design, just throw it together. :(
I know but how can you just throw something together and be that unlucky with the result ;D

I think you are spot on :)
Arghh!!! :eek4:
How do I contact him? I will even give him a 10% discount!!!!
BTW, the site was done in Word!!!!! :wall:
Mum's the word. ;D
Maybe there's some inverse logic in it, how many of us would have visited his site if it was more professional ? ;)
Once word gets around then he might be attracting many more than he woul otherwise do ;D
It may work out that way, John, but whether he intended it to is another matter. :)
This photo makes me laugh, the facial expressions of the two people on the right and love the chap at the back.

Makes you wonder what that Elephant is doing with its trunk to the guy with the odd look on his face next to that girl >:D

Sorry... :)
It does look like that elephant is up to no good though ;D
So the chap at the back is looking at what the elephant's trunk is doing to the man with the odd look on his face next to the girl. ;D
That's my take on it. :)
Aaah, The Jury Team; otherwise known as The Association of Wasted Votes. ;D

You beat me to it. I thought it looked familiar. Even my dull attempt in word to make a website was better.
PS, do you know any WYSIWYG webpage author software? I want to put what I want where I want without any programming. :/

Online site builders doesn't earn me money so I don't keep track
But if you have a website host, check with them, I know most hosts with cPanel give you RVSiteBuilder, 1and1 also have there own site builders.
The design may be a bit 'schoolboy' but at least all the links work and it doesn't use a bunch of dodgy style sheets that work in IE but not FireFox.
Fifteen years ago lots - perhaps most - websites looked like this. And guess what... they're easy to navigate, and easy to find the information you're looking for. Nowadays it's all shiny buttons and fancy panels... and no useful information anywhere to be seen... :rant2:
Bring back Gopher I say!
I thought he'd gone for lunch...

Have you looked at Wordpress? http://wordpress.org/
Paul Judge certainly hasn't
Given the attention it's got - I'd say it's a damn good ploy. Downloads fast, looks like cr*p, and attracts attention. Maybe the future is looking back?
Steve
Maybe we should start using the wap interface for the forum? ;D

No wonder you can't spell. ;D
