ave I seen a user guide/help file thingy-ma-bob on here somewhere cant find it at the minute or  am I thinking of else where 

Acronis  10.0       is this the ok version

quick question about this,probably a daft one when rebooting with the  rescue CD how can you get past the initial screen to select Full if you have a USB keyboard or a wireless one

Is the bios on the pc you are restoring, enabled for usb keyboard support?

do you mean to use any USB devices Glenn, if so yes.its just that an boot up will the drivers be loaded for usb straight away if booting from the CD
