Title: Idnet username format
Post by: TimCooke on Feb 10, 2010, 19:40:06
Hi

I have an existing Idnet ADSL account and I would like to configure a new router, but cannot get support at this time of the night.

Can anyone confirm that the username format is <name>@dsli.idnet.net.uk ?

Thank you
TC

:welc: :karma: Tim. What do you currently have set in your existing router as the username, as that should be your log in?

Thank you Glenn, for your prompt reply.

In the meantime I found the problem - I had typed a "i" instead of a "1" in "dsl1".
