I have been with IDNET for over a year now,my exchange has apparrantly been upgraded to ADSL+,but to get that idnet want to charge me a one of fee for it,why.
At the moment i am just about to do a check to see if another ISP would charge me for this if i were to move.
I think it might well be worth while having a dig into this. :eyebrow:
The reason for the fee, is because BT charge IDNet. Other ISP's may not charge the fee, but may lock you into a 12 or 18 month contract to recoup the cost.
Well its well worth checking around i think. :D
Don't quote me but if you wait long enough you'll get switched anyway
other isp's may be free to do this, but will they be as fast during the evening as idnet? because if you dont need the extra speed why swap to adsl+?
I dont find idnet that fast :dunno:
Oh just be aware of throttling on other isp's
Yep i know about throttling, been around a long time. ;D
cool, i thought idnet was full speed all the time? well it seems to be for me any how, i must just be lucky
Long may it continue for you. ;D :thumb:

the problem is Glenn, I just dont seem to be able to win the lottery and also every time I eat cucumber it repeats on me all day.
I dont know what to do :dunno:
;D Buy at least £14m worth of tickets all with different number combinations, don't eat cucumbers, or any related fruits.
I'm one up on you then, Baz, I had a win on the lottery on Saturday's Dream number, a mind blowing £2, I don't think it will change my life though. ;D
you want to be in on the syndicate then Glenn ;D

Hi James
You've been with us for just over two years now!
Due to the length of your line I'm afraid that you won't likely see any speed increase by moving to ADSL2+ though you would benefit from the increased bandwidth allowances.
Regards
Simon
How time flies when your having fun. :eek4:
