Hi

My boss has just moved house and looking at combined phone / BB packages.
Does IDNET do new connections or would he have to have this done by BT?

House has existing line although previous owners have taken this number wityh them.

IDNet do, indeed do new connection, Myst and they are cheaper than BT. They can also arrange a simultaneous provide if his broadband is with them.

He has nothing at present as he has just moved in.

What sort of timescale roughly from order to delivery, and are there costs for the initial set up as i cant see anything on the main site, just the on-going monthly cost.

New lines are £110+VAT. Time will depend on BT, ie availability of lines/numbers.
