Anywhere but China, I would expect a successful case of 'passing off', So, but I doubt it will happen there.

I wonder if the chinese gov have set it up just to give the finger to google.

Pretty sure they will care about the loss of revenue, even if it's only 20% or marketshare there, it's a big market.
