Title: Vigor 2820 and ADSL 2+
Post by: Dangerjunkie on Jan 21, 2010, 15:59:09
Hi,

Does anyone know the current state of the Draytek 2820 with regard to IDNet ADSL 2+? I know there were terrible problems with it and certain MSANS when 2+ was first made available. Have these been fixed yet please?

Thanks,
Paul.

I haven't heard much since the early days, Paul. Support might have an answer.

@Simon:   Judging by the times of your recent posts, do you ever get any sleep?   ;D

We're using a Vigor 2820VSn here at work, but only on ADSL2.

Cool. Thanks. I think I may get myself a 2820 then :) I borrowed one from work (I'm on Max) and it's getting an even higher sync that my 2700HGV!

Simon (or anyone else) do you know if the fix was a firmware fix for the router or is it something that BT fixed at the exchange?

Cheers,
Paul.

All I know is that it was one or the other, Paul. ;)

I think it was a bit of both.

More than likely, Seb.
