Hey all can u change packages mid month?
Currently on home max, could i upgrade to home supermax? plus would i get the extra allowance and the extra upload speed this month?, im on the adsl 8mb.

Yes, you would need to contact IDNet, but I believe the upgrade would happen immediately. :)
Indeed the change takes place staight away in all respects, bandwidth included. The only thing which takes a little longer (up to 24 hours but usually only a couple) is the change to upload speed.
